To improve the effectiveness of schools, educators and leaders in the Puyallup School District must hear from the primary stakeholders of our community and learn their point of view. The contributions from parents, students, and community members are valuable when reflecting upon our existing practices. We encourage you to find ways to become involved in your local school, learn more about ways you can contribute opinions, voice concerns, and share in student success.
If you have concerns about decisions which affect your child, start with the person closest to the situation. For example, if you have a question about your child’s class, start by talking with your child’s teacher. If the teacher cannot address your concern, please contact your school’s principal. If the principal does not address your concern to your satisfaction, you may contact district administration. Each region of the district is overseen by a Chief Academic Officer. They can be found under the Leadership Team link on the left.
If your question directly relates to district-level decisions, please contact the appropriate department. For general information, you can reach the district office Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling 253-841-1301.
